Covid-19 Coronavirus - Our Response

With much of the UK high street due to go back into lockdown due to the Coronavirus we believe our role serving online customers is a critical one, and we want to make sure our customers can continue to get the items they need, even in these difficult times.

Obviously we take this situation seriously and as such we have relocated the majority of our workforce to their homes and our remaining warehouse staff are working to the government's guidelines with regards social distancing.

For the latest information and advice on COVID-19, please refer to the latest updates by the UK Government.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I place an order? Will my parcel be delivered?

Yes, we will continue to deliver your orders via Royal Mail and our partner couriers.

2. Are delivery times affected?

Our team are working to ensure we can continue to deliver to all our customers, many of whom have no other way to get their items. The national lockdown is putting pressure on the postal service and whilst we endeavour to despatch orders within 2 working days, there are delays of up to 5 days in the postal network - we appreciate your patience and understanding at this difficult time for us all.

3. Is it possible to return items?

You can return items under our standard refund policy however we would strongly advise you consult the Governments guidelines with regards essential travel and social distancing.

4. Is it safe to receive orders?

The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low. You can find the latest information on COVID-19 on the information pages of the UK Government and the World Health Organization.

5. Is it possible to reduce contact with the driver when they deliver my order?

Yes. Drivers have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer’s doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a distance.
