Delivery

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for standard orders and Tracked 24 or DPD / Parcelforce / DHL for Next Day orders, dependant on the combined weight of the order(s). 

We offer next day delivery within the UK Mainland on all our products - and it's fast - most orders will be despatched the same day and in most instances should be with you the next working days (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays) - if your order is urgent please choose one of the Premium services when you checkout. 

We are now dispatching orders placed with Next Day Shipping on Saturdays if ordered before 10am.

Please note whilst we aim to ship all orders from our warehouse the same day if ordered before 1pm (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays), during busy periods such as the run up to Christmas we cannot guarantee that your order will be dispatched the same day as ordering unless a premium shipping option is selected. If your order is urgent please choose a paid next day option to avoid disappointment  

For Next Day delivery services, this is the next working day (Mainland UK, Mon-Fri *excluding bank holidays). During busy periods, we cannot guarantee that your order will be dispatched the same day as ordering. Your order will usually be dispatched the next working day, on a Next Day Service. Some Scottish and Irish postcodes are logistically difficult for our couriers to reach, as such these locations require two days for delivery. During busy periods we will do our best to despatch free next day orders within 2 days but we do not guarantee this.

Next Day delivery is available on all orders if ordered before 1pm for an additional fee - please select this option at checkout (Mainland UK, Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays). Please also be aware that some Scottish & Northern Ireland postcodes are exempt from next day postage. If you live in one of these areas, your order will be sent on the fastest possible postage type (generally a Two Day service).

Late Delivery Liability

When our carriers are seasonally busy or there are postal strikes or additional economic issues, delivery times can be extended. For all delivery delays outside of our control we are unable to accept liability and are therefore unable to make any refund of shipping charges where we have incurred charges ourselves from either our carrier or Royal Mail.

All orders shipped outside of the UK will now require Customs Duty to be paid by the recipient. If this duty is not paid and the parcel is returned, we will only be able to resend parcels if the returns fee incurred to ourselves is covered. 

If your parcel is returned to us due to not providing the appropriate customs information and / or paying customs duties, we can only refund the cost of the product and not the shipping as we would still incur shipping costs regardless.


From the 15th March 2021, If you are a business we will also be required to provide VAT / EORI numbers for all orders exported from the UK. If we do not have this information we will be unable to ship your order due to new regulations.

Please ensure you note your VAT / EORI number in the notes section when placing your order to prevent any delay with your order.
