We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for standard orders and Tracked 24 or DPD / Parcelforce / DHL dependant on the combined weight of the order(s).
If the items in your order are in stock they will normally be dispatched on the day of order. The cut off for same day dispatch is 3pm. We do not guarantee your item will be delivered the next day but it will be dispatched on a next day service (this is what the shipping charge is for - a next day delivery service, NOT NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
If your item is not in stock then it will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available - this will be made clear on the website with a notification that the item is on PRE-ORDER. If you pre-order an item then it will not arrive next day even if you choose a next day service. It will be dispatched on a next day service as soon as it is in stock.
We are now dispatching orders placed with Next Day Shipping on Saturdays if ordered before 10am. These orders will be delivered the next working day - Monday in most cases.
Please note whilst we aim to ship all orders from our warehouse the same day if ordered before 1pm (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays), during busy periods such as the run up to Christmas we cannot guarantee that your order will be dispatched the same day as ordering.
For Next Day services, this means we will book your delivery using a next day shipping service - this does not mean your order is guaranteed next day. During busy periods, although we will always do our best, we cannot guarantee that your order will be dispatched the same day as ordering. Your order will always be dispatched the next working day at the latest (subject to stock levels), on a Next Day Service. Some Scottish and Irish postcodes are logistically difficult for our couriers to reach, as such these locations require two days for delivery. During busy periods we will do our best to despatch all orders within 2 days but we do not guarantee this.

When our carriers are seasonally busy or there are postal strikes or additional economic issues, delivery times can be extended. For all delivery delays outside of our control we are unable to accept liability and are therefore unable to make any refund of shipping charges where we have incurred charges ourselves from either our carrier or Royal Mail.
All orders shipped outside of the UK will now require Customs Duty to be paid by the recipient. If this duty is not paid and the parcel is returned, we will only be able to resend parcels if the returns fee incurred to ourselves is covered.
If your parcel is returned to us due to not providing the appropriate customs information and / or paying customs duties, we can only refund the cost of the product and not the shipping as we would still incur shipping costs regardless.
From the 15th March 2021, If you are a business we will also be required to provide VAT / EORI numbers for all orders exported from the UK. If we do not have this information we will be unable to ship your order due to new regulations.
Please ensure you note your VAT / EORI number in the notes section when placing your order to prevent any delay with your order.
