Please note: this listing is for the purchase of a Perfume Assessment (Cosmetic Product Safety Report) which will provide legal assurance that your product has been assessed by our certified assessor and gives you permission to sell your products legally in the UK and the EU.
LiveMoor Perfume Assessment is a perfect starting point for creating your own fragrance line. Our assessment allows for one of the highest concentrations of fragrance oil available at 20%, falling into the Eau de Parfum / Parfum category, allowing for a truly bespoke perfume / aftershave to rival even the highest quality perfumes available on the market.
By simply combining LiveMoor Perfumer’s Alcohol with the Perfumers Range Fragrance Oils allowed within your assessment (see below approved list), you will be able to create 12 different luxury perfumes.

Your assessment will be supplied in digital format and will include your name and address. Any ingredients included within the assessments will need to be purchased individually or as product packs.
Purchase the fragrances and base individually or within our product packs to allow the opportunity to test the fragrances to find the ones that work best for you.
*Please note: Fragrances cannot be mixed. Your assessment will only be valid when using LiveMoor Fragrance Oils and LiveMoor Perfumers Alcohol Base.

After purchasing your report, you will receive a recipe / guide which will allow you to order any products you require and allow you to practice creating your very own perfumes / aftershaves before your assessment is returned.
We will use the details on your order including the name (either business or personal) as well as the address, so please ensure you only enter the name and address you wish to appear on your assessment as amendments cannot be made once submitted to the assessors.
Your finished report will be produced and returned to you via email within 5 working days (usually sooner) after making your purchase.
